Financial disclosure for the year 2017 states that US President Donald Trump has 565 separate corporate entities that bring him additional income. This includes investments, royalties, and pensions.

While many are aware of his real estate holdings, including golf courses and hotels, there are many other lesser-known incomes sources documented.

Trump Model Management LLC

New York City-based modelling agency named Trump Model Management is owned by Trump. Melania Trump was also a part of this modelling agency even before she married Trump.

Trump made $1 million from this agency last year. However, he reported $714,914 in commission income. Last year the agency announced that it is shutting down.

Central Park amusements

In 1987 Trump reopened the park's Wollman Ice Rink in Manhattan, New York City. He spent $3 million for this project.

The amusement park project was taken up by Trump Carousel LLC, owned by Trump. It is reported that he earned $535,849 in admissions income last year.

Trump made occasional movie cameos in past. He is best-known Macaulay Culkin “Home Alone 2.” According to the new financial disclosures, Trump earns $64,840 in pension from the Screen Actors Guild.  He even took a $6,543 pension from the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

According to financial disclosure, Trump earned $280,899 in the annual turnover of Trump Ice LLC, that is a water wholesaler. An earlier label called 'Trump Ice' was available online, presently Trump Natural Spring Water is marketed.

Book Royalties

Trump even earned a lot of royalties from books. Last year, The Art of the Deal that was published in 1987 brought him $100,000-$1 million royalties. His other books which brought him royalties were  How To Get Rich (2004), Think Like A Champion (2009), and Time To Get Tough (2011).
